SS400 ASTM A36 Carbon Steel Coil 300mm Hot Rolled
For steel coils, we can cut one large steel coil into small steel
coils for loading at seaport; because for container shipping, each
container usually loads weight can not be over 26 tons, but each
large coil is usually about 28 tons, so one large coils has to be
cut into small coils, and because the forklift usually takes 7-10
tons at seaport, so for easy loading into conatiner, each large
steel coil usually is cut into 3 small coils. For bulk vessel
shipping, it usually demands coils weight under 18 tons, so most
times, also need cut one large coil into 2 small coils.
The raw material of hot rolled pickling plate is high quality hot
rolled plate, which is reprocessed by pickling machine to remove
the oxide layer on the surface, and then trimmed and finished
between hot rolled plate and hot rolled plate. Products between
rolled plates can replace some hot rolled plates and cold rolled
plates. Compared with hot rolled plate, hot rolled pickling plate
has many advantages: is the surface quality, its surface quality is
very good, because hot rolled pickling plate to remove the oxide
layer on the surface of hot rolled plate and improve the steel.The
surface quality of the material greatly facilitates the user's
painting and welding; The second is dimensional accuracy and
flatness. The dimensional accuracy of hot rolled pickling plate is
very high.
